Teresa has 14 years' experience working in innovation in the food and drink sector, both in academia and industry. Teresa worked in education, as an author of Distance Learning material, specialising in food processing and packaging.

At Nandi Proteins, Teresa supported UK and international customer relations, working in research and product development. At Interface Food & Drink, she focused on technology scouting and providing solutions to industry with the aim to bring innovation and economic growth to the sector.

As Knowledge Exchange Manager, Teresa is the liaison in Scotland for Agrimetrics projects, training and the media room.

Outside work, Teresa loves baking bread, and her pizzas always prove a hit; one day she will have a wood fired oven built!
