Karolis Kazlauskis

Software engineer
Karolis has previously worked as a software developer for the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology, developing mobile applications for collection and dissemination of environmental data and information in active research projects.

Coming from electronics and low level programming, his understanding of IT systems spans throughout the whole stack. Currently, his expertise focuses on web technologies upon which he helps to build complex web applications.

His skills range from mobile and web applications to PHP and web mapping – and everything in between.

With his wife he has hitchhiked around the world and written a book about the experience.

Outside of work, Karolis likes to tinker with mechanics and electronics, and spend time with his kids in nature.
